About the HSC Intensive Training Summit
Here at the HSC Intensive Training Summit we understand and share your concerns about how personal information is collected, used and shared. We want to assure you that we will always handle your personal information securely and carefully. We comply with all applicable Australian privacy laws and make our staff aware of their obligations.
Why we collect information
We collect information to deliver services or products to you, to complete other transactions with you or on your behalf, to provide you with any future discounts and benefits, and to better understand your requirements and preferences.
What type of information we collect
Generally, we collect information such as your name, address, phone number, email address and other personal information. You provide such information when you submit a registration to the Summit, enter any of our contests or draws, fill out any of our surveys or forms, or provide ratings and testimonial feedback to us. Where possible, we indicate which information is required and which are optional. You can always choose not to provide information, but please be aware this may limit the particular services you may be have access to.
Who we may share your information with
Especially if we are delivering a product to you, we will need to pass personal details such as your name and address to organisations who perform parts of our service delivery. This includes third party fulfilment contractors and major delivery companies.
The HSC Intensive Training Summit will also co-operate with law enforcement inquiries. The HSC Intensive Training Summit reserves the right to disclose any activities or information about you to law enforcement or other government officials as we, in our sole discretion, determine necessary or appropriate, in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activity that is illegal or may expose us or you to legal liability.
We will not use your information for purposes unrelated to the services we provide or law enforcement inquiries, unless we first obtain your consent.
Updating your information
As a registered attendee, subscriber, or contest entrant, you will sometimes receive communications about special offers we think you'll like and requests for feedback.

You may also ask to have your information removed from our active databases. However, because we keep track of past registrations and purchases, you cannot delete information associated with past registrations or purchases. Also, as a security measure we "back up" the data stored on our systems, and such prior information cannot be completely removed from our databases. Therefore, you should not expect that all of your personally identifiable information will be completely removed from our databases in response to your requests, but you can be assured that you will no longer receive such communications from us.

You may visit other web sites, through links on our site, who may collect, use and share your personal information in accordance with their own Privacy and Security Statements. The information practices of those websites linking from or to our site are not covered by this Statement.
It is possible that the HSC Intensive Training Summit could merge with or be acquired by another business entity. Should such an event occur, you should expect that the HSC Intensive Training Summit would share some or all of your information in order to continue to provide such products and services. Notice of such an event will be posted on the web site.
